Pecihitam.org<\/strong> – Shalat Jum\u2019at adalah salah satu shalat \u201cmingguan\u201d yang wajib dilaksanakan oleh muslim laki-laki yang telah memenuhi syarat dan ketentuannya<\/a><\/strong>. Di antara keabsahan shalat Jum\u2019at adalah khutbah Jum\u2019at yaitu khutbah yang dilaksanakan sebelum shalat Jum\u2019at. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khutbah Jum\u2019at terdiri dari dua bagian, yakni khutbah awal (pertama) dan khutbah tsani (kedua). Kedua khutbah ini ditandai dengan duduk di antara dua khutbah lengkap dengan tuma\u2019ninahnya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam beberapa literatur fikih madzhab Syafi\u2019i (seperti I\u2019anah dan Raudhatuththaalibin), tuma\u2019ninah dalam duduk di antara dua khutbah ini hukumnya wajib. Bahkan sunnahnya sekira-kira rampungnya bacaan surah al-Ikhlash. Sedikit agak lama dari ukuran standar tuma\u2019ninah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sebagian umat Islam -setidaknya yang pernah penulis temui- menganggap bahwa berbicara pada saat sebelum, setelah dan ketika khutbah jum’at berlangsung, sama sekali tidak diperkenankan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bahkan lebih dari itu, jika kita melarang orang lain berbicara saja maka shalat Jum\u2019atnya tidak sah. Fenomena<\/a> semacam ini benar adanya. Namun apakah hal demikian sepenuhnya dapat dibenarkan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam menyikapi persoalan ini, sangat patut kita tengok kitab al-Majmu\u2019 Syarh al-Muhadzdzab<\/a><\/strong> karangan Imam Nawawi juz 4 halaman 552, yaitu sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: Berbicara pada saat khutbah belum berlangsung hukumnya boleh berdasarkan hadis riwayat Tsa\u2019labah bin Abi Malik. Begitupun pada saat imam (khatib) duduk di antara dua khutbah dan saat ia turun dari mimbar sebelum berlangsungnya pelaksanaan shalat (Jum\u2019at), maka berbicara diperbolehkan berdasarkan riwayat Anas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam ibarah tersebut dijelaskan bahwa sebelum khutbah berlangsung, saat khatib duduk di antara dua khutbah dan saat ia turun dari mimbar diperbolehkan untuk berbicara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alasannya adalah karena saat-saat tersebut bukanlah saat shalat, bukan juga saat mendengarkan khutbah. Maka jelas, berbicara saat kondisi tersebut tidaklah dilarang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lalu bagaimana jika berbicara saat khutbah jum’at berlangsung? Masih dalam al-Majmu\u2019, Imam Nawawi menjawab sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: Apabila khutbah telah dimulai (sedang berlangsung), hendaklah inshat. Hal ini berdasarkan riwayat Abu Hurairah, sesungguhnya Rasulullah saw bersabda \u201cbarang siapa wudhu dan membaguskan wudhunya kemudian diam dan menyimak imam (khatib) shalat Jum\u2019at hingga selesai shalatnya, maka dosanya diampuni antara Jum\u2019at ini hingga Jum\u2019at depan serta tiga hari setelahnya\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam keterangan tersebut terdapat ungkapan \u201chendaklah inshat\u201d. Lantas apa yang dimaksud dengan inshat tersebut?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beralih ke kitab Raudhatuththaalibin juz 2 halaman 28, makna inshat adalah diam (tidak berbicara). Dengan demikian, apakah diam pada saat khutbah berlangsung merupakan kewajiban?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kembali Imam Nawawi menjelaskan dengan detail dalam kita Raudhah, sebagai berikut:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Artinya: Apakah diam (tidak berbicara pada saat khutbah) wajib dan berbicara hukumnya haram? Dalam hal ini ada dua pendapat (qaul), pertama menurut qaul qadim adalab wajib diam dan haram berbicara, kedua menurut qaul jadid adalah sunnah diam dan boleh berbicara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendapat yang paling kuat di antara qaul qadim dan qaul jadid<\/a><\/strong> dalam masalah ini adalah qaul jadid. Hal ini sebagaimana disebutkan oleh Imam Nawawi dalam al-Majmu\u2019 sebagai qaul ashah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari berbagai persoalan di atas, kiranya dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa berbicara, baik sebelum, setelah atau pada saat khutbah jum’at berlangsung tidaklah mengapa. Namun sangat lebih baik jika diam dan mendengarkan khatib khutbah. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
