Pecihitam.org<\/strong> – Ketika melakukan shalat kita dianjurkan untuk khusuk, namun sebagai manusia biasa ternyata memang tidak mudah dalam melakukannya, malah tidak jarang merasa was was ketika melakukan shalat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perasaan was was justru kadang timbul pada mereka yang sudah mengerti tata cara shalat dengan baik dan sudah pernah belajar fiqih dasar, seperti syarat, rukun, dan perkara yang membatalkan ibadah tersebut. Malah terkadang hukum-hukum tersebut sudah hafal di luar kepala, namun hal itu pula yang kadang menjadi kelemahan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lalu mengapa hal tersebut bisa terjadi? Dan bagaimana cara\nmengatasinya? Syekh Abu Bakar Syatha dalam I\u2019anatut Thalibin menceritakan\nsebuah kisah berikut ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jarir bin \u2018Ubaidah al-\u2018Adawi bercerita, \u201cAku curhat pada\nal-\u2018Ala bin Ziyad mengenai rasa was was yang ada di hatiku.\u201d Beliau pun pun\nmenjawab, \u201cPerumpamaan sebuah rumah yang dilewati maling itu  bila terdapat barang berharga di dalamnya,\nmaka maling itu akan masuk. Jika tidak ada barang berharga, maka ia akan\nmeninggalkan rumah tersebut.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nah, begitu pun dengan hati. Seseorang yang di dalam hatinya\nselalu berdzikir pada Allah, tidak ada jalan bagi setan untuk memasukinya.\nNamun, jika hati itu kosong, maka setan pun akan lebih mudah memasuki hati yang\nkosong tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seorang hamba Allah itu pasti akan selalu diganggu oleh\nsetan. Namun dzikiran yang selalu dilantunkan akan menyelamatkannya dari rasa\nwas was tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ada juga cerita dari Qais bin al-Hajjaj. \u201cSetan pernah\nbilang padaku: \u201cSaya pernah coba mengganggumu, dan waktu itu saya serasa besar\nseperti unta. Tapi hari ini saya serasa kecil seperti burung emprit.\u201d \u201cMengapa\nbisa begitu?\u201d tanya Qais bin al-Hajjaj pada setan. \u201cAnda mampu mengecilkan saya\ndengan (sering membaca) Alquran.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terkait was was, Sayid Ahmad bin al-Jauzi juga pernah curhat\npada Abu Sulaiman al-Darani. \u201cSekiranya kamu merasa was was itu datang, cobalah\nmerasa bahagia. Jika kamu bahagia maka was was akan hilang dengan sendirinya,\u201d\nnasihat Abu Sulaiman al-Darani pada Sayid Ahmad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam hal ini sebab kebahagian seorang mukmin itu merupakan\nsesuatu hal yang paling dibenci oleh setan. Itulah mengapa ketika anda merasa\nsusah dan bersedih hati, setan akan membuat anda semakin was was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain itu, Imam an-Nawawi<\/a><\/strong> juga pernah berkata demikian, \u201cWas was itu hanya menimpa pada seseorang yang keimanannya sudah baik. Ini seumpama maling yang tak mungkin mencuri di rumah yang rusak.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dari beberapa cuplikan kisah di atas dapat kita renungkan, bahwa\nternyata orang yang mudah terkena penyakit was was itu mereka yang jarang\nmengingat Allah dengan berdzikir. Setan atau jin akan mudah merasuk kedalam\nhati yang kosong dan sering melamun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Oleh karena itu selalu perbanyaklah membaca Al-quran,\nmembaca shalawat, dan dzikir lainnya kepada Allah. Namun, bila anda merasa sudah\ntelanjur terkena penyakit was was dalam shalat tersebut, maka coba bacalah\ndzikir berikut ini sebelum shalat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bacalah surat An-Nas \u201cQul a’\u1ee5dzu birabbin-nas \u2026 dan\nseterusnya. Satu kali kemudian membaca hauqalah:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
