Hal tersebut kukan tanpa alasan, karena setiap kebiasaan yang di lakukan oleh Rasulullah Saw pasti memiliki hikmah dan manfaat, dan tentu saja termasuk dalam perkara Sunnah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Di riwayatkan dalam sebuah hadist yang menyebutkan tentang cara berjalan Rasulullah Saw dalam kesehariannya, sebagaimana berikut :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAbu Hurairah mengatakan, \u201c Tidaklah aku mengetahui sesuatupun yang lebih bagus di bandingkan Rasulullah Saw, wajahnya terang seperti matahari. Dan tidaklah aku mengetahui seorang pun yang lebih cepat jalannya di bandingkan dengan Rasulullah Saw, \u2018 ketika beliau berjalan seakan-akan bumi ini di gulung untuknya, kami telah bersungguh-sungguh menyamai beliau, namun beliau tidak bergeming sama sekali,\u201d (HR. Abu Hurairah).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hadist tersebut menjelaskan bahwa Rasulullah Saw adalah orang yang cara berjalannya cepat, dan sudah menjadi kebiasaan Rasulullah Saw ketika berjalan setiap harinya dengan langkah yang cepat. Bahkan dalam beberapa hadist menjelaskan bahwa cara berjalan dengan cepat itu memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan untuk tubuh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hadist tentang cara berjalan Rasulullah Saw tersebut di atas juga tercantum dalam sekitar dua kitab hadist, yaitu terdapat pada kitab Musnad karya Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal<\/a><\/strong>, dan pada kitab karya Shahih ibn Hibban, serta terhitung sebagai kategosri hadist hasan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kemudian di dalam kitab Jam\u2019u al-Wasail fi Syarh al-Syamail, di sebutkan bahwa Rasulullah Saw ketika berjalan itu cepat namun berjalan cepat yang di maksud adalah bukannya jalan cepat yang terburu-buru dan gegabah, namun berjalan dengan langkah yang cepat dan dengan penuh ketenangan. Sehingga tidak menghilangkan keindahan dan kewibawaan beliau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sa\u2019ud bin Abdullah al-Rauqi pernah menyebutkan dalam karyanya al-Riyadhah fi Mandzur al-islam, bahwa pada suatu saat ada beberapa sahabat yang menemui Rasulullah Saw dan bertanya tentang keluhan yang mereka rasakan ketika berjalan terasa lemas dan tidak kuat berjalan terlalu jauh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rasulullah Saw pun menayarankan kepada para sahabat tersebut agar melakukan kegiatan berlari-lari kecil atau berjalan cepat. Dan setelah melakukan saran dari saran Rasulullah Saw akhirnya kondisi para sahabat tersebut pun semakin membaik dan stamina mereka meningkat sehingga mampu untuk berjalan yang jauh sekalipun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam hadist lain pun di jelaskan juga tentang saran Rasulullah Saw untuk membiasakan berjalan kaki, yaitu hadist yang di riwayatkan oleh Ibn Abbas berikut,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRasulullah Saw bersabda \u201csebaik-baik aktivitas untuk mengobati diri adalah mengobati diri melalui hidung, melalui mulut, dan al-Masy.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menurut Sa\u2019ud bin Abdullah al-Rauqi menjelaskan bahwa dalam hadist di atas terdapat kata al-Masy yang berarti berjalan kaki. Aktivitas berjalan kaki tersebut memiliki banyak manfaat bagi tubuh dan dapat di lakukan sebagai obat untuk mencegah berbagai macam penyakit seperti rematik, obesitas, melancarkan peredaran darah, baik untuk pernafasan dan menguatkan otot. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Meskipun hadist tersebut tidak tercantum dalam kitab hadist dari Bukhori dan Muslim, namun di sebutkan bahwa dari kualitasnya hadist ini termasuk ke dalam kategori hadist yang shahih dan banyak sekali di temukan dalam beberapa kitab hadist seperti Sunan at-Tirmidzi, Sunan Baihaqi, al-Mustadrak dan dalam beberapa kitab hadist lainnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jadi, berdasarkan penjelasan dari beberapa hadist di atas menyebutkan bahwa cara berjalan Rasulullah Saw dalam kesehariannya yaitu dengan berjalan cepat dengan penuh ketenangan serta kewibawaan. Berjalan dengan cepat memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan tubuh dan dapat di jadikan aktivitas untuk mencegah berbagai macam penyakit.
