Karena pada dasarnya menurut pakar kesehatan \u201cmakanan juga bagian dari obat-obatan yang mampu menjaga kesehatan tubuh\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Berikut ini kami sajikan untuk pembaca sekalian enam pola makan ala Rasulullah yang patut kita tiru agar makanan yang kita konsumsi menjadi obat, bukan biang penyakit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pertama,<\/strong> sebelum sarapan pagi, Rasulullah SAW selalu melakukan siwak atau dalam bahasa sekarang dikenal dengan sikat gigi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hal ini merupakan bagian dari pencegahan agar organ mulut tetap sehat. Karena apabila organ mulut sakit, maka seperti apapun makanannya tidak akan terasa nikmat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kedua,<\/strong> Rasulallah selalu membuka menu sarapannya dengan segelas air dingin yang dicampur dengan madu asli. Kita pun sudah mengetahui bahwa madu merupakan obat yang sangat ampuh untuk segala penyakit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ketiga,<\/strong> ketika beliau makan, Rasulullah mengawali dengan membaca doa, yakni basmalah<\/em> dan doa sebelum makan sebagaimana kita maklum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jika seseorang di antara kalian makan, maka hendaknya dia makan dengan tangan kanannya. Jika minum maka hendaknya juga minum dengan tangan kanannya, karena setan makan dengan tangan kiri dan minum dengan tangan kirinya pula.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kelima,<\/strong> tidak makan berdiri atau sambil bersandar. Karena menurut ahli saraf, orang yang makan sambil berdiri atau bersandar bisa menyebabkan refleksi sarap. Oleh karena itu, hindarilah makan dengan cara berdiri atau bersandar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keenam,<\/strong> tidak menjatuhkan makanan. Menjatuhkan makanan merupakan bagian dari meyia-nyiakan makanan (mubadzir<\/a><\/em>). Dan makanan yang jatuh mungkin saja dapat membawa bakteri masuk ke dalam tubuh bila dikonsumsi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
