Imam Ghazali dal kitab monumentalnya \u201c Ihya Ulum al-Din<\/strong><\/a><\/em> \u201c\u00a0 yang merupakan karya master peace<\/em>-nya, menggolongkan ilmu kedokteran dalam kategori fardlu kifayah<\/em>, ilmu yang wajib dikuasai oleh sekelompok orang secara terbatas, kalau ada daerah yang didalamnya tidak ada orang yang ahli dalam bidang kedokteran, maka semua penduduk daerah tersebut berdosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rasulullah Saw. dalam catatan sejarah Islam disebutkan bahwa selama hidupnya beliau hanya pernah sakit sebanyak dua kali, yaitu disaat pertengahan hidup dan menjelang wafatnya. Itupun hanya berlangsung sebantar serta hampit tidak merepotkan masyarakat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kemampuan rasulullah Saw. menjaga kesehatannya hingga hanya dua kali menderita sakit, adalah satu catatan sejarah dan prestasi yang luar biasa. Itu merupakan prestasi pengendalian kesehatan yang langka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rasulullah Saw. sadar, Allah Swt sangat membeci manusia yang lalai. Apalagi sampai mengganggu serta membuat bencana kesehatan. Rasulullah Saw. memulai dari hal-hal kecil sperti berolahraga, menggosok gigi dan menyisir rambut. Aktivitas tersebut oleh Rasulullah Saw. dipandang sebagai ibadah, yang berarti berpahala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Banyak tokoh dunia seperti Napoleon Bonaparte<\/a><\/strong> dan Von Goethe yang kagum terhadap kemampuan Muhammad Saw. menjaga kesehatan. Hanya dengan fasilitas yang serba sedikit, beliau bisa menjaga kesehatan, dari rambut sampai telapak kaki, baik dalam maupun luar, dari tahun ketahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apa resep yang dipergunakan Nabi Muhamad Saw. ? Jawabnya adalah kedisiplinan yang seharusnya sebagi umat Islam kita menirunya. Berikut adalah 5 kebiasaan hidup sehat ala Nabi yang patut kita tiru:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Nabi Muhammad Saw. selalu bangun menjelang fajar. Selesai salat tidak tidur lagi, tetapi terus mengucapkan zikir, mengaji, serta mencari nafkah. Bagun menjelang fajar memang lebih nyaman dari pada bangun setelah terbit matahari karena bisa membuat tubuh sehat, nyaman, dan bugar.<\/li>
  2. Nabi Muhammad Saw. makan sesudah lapar dan berhenti sebelum kenyang. Beliau makan untuk keperluan hidup, bukan hidup untuk makan.<\/li>
  3. Nabi Muhammad Saw. bila marah tanpa emosi, meskipun dengan tujuan positif. Marah yang disertai dengan emosi, tidak menunjukkan keikhlasan dan kecintaan terhadap yang dimarahinya. Beliau marah seratus persen karena Allah Swt. marah beliau seperti marah seorang ayah terhadap anak yang main-main dengan senjata tajam. Artinya marah beliau hanya tampak dari wajah, tetapi nurani Rasulullah Saw. menunjukkan sikap kasih sayang.<\/li>
  4. Nabi Muhammad Saw. tidak pernah minum sambil bernafas. Air yang beliau minum selalu dari wadah yang tertutup. Menurut beliau, air dari wadah terbuka mudah terkena debu.<\/li>
  5. Nabi muhammad Saw. tidak mudah bersugesti bila dihadpakan pada suatu kondisi ( kesehatan) yang tidak menguntungkan. Karena bagi beliau, gampang terpengaruh tidak menunjukkan sikap sabar. Maksud sugesti di sini ialah menaggapi suatu situasi yang menimpa tubuh dengan perasaan secara berlebihan.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Sebagai manusia, kepekaan fisik Nabi Muhammad Saw. terhadap lingkungan sama saja dengan kita.
