Sungguh, telah ada pada (diri) Rasulullah itu suri teladan yang baik bagimu (yaitu) bagi orang yang mengharap (rahmat) Allah dan (kedatangan) hari Kiamat dan yang banyak mengingat Allah. <\/em>(QS. al-Ahzab ayat 21).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Karena dalam berpuasa berharap ridha Allah dan sebagai wujud kepercayaan akan adanya Hari Akhir, maka masalah menu sahur saat berpuasa tentu ada juga dari cara Rasulullah yang perlu kita tiru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Menu Sahur Rasulullah SAW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lantas, apa menu sahur Baginda Anbi ketika hendak berpuasa? Tentu bukan sayur kangkung, kua lodeh atau asam pedas, ya? Tapi menu-menu ini juga tidak masalah jika ada dalam aneka hidangan sahur kamu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuma di sini, kita mau tahu satu atau beberapa menu Nabi saat makan sahur. Dan ternyata, setelah dicari dalam beberapa hadis, makanan yang tidak pernah lepas dari Rasulullah ketika berpuasa, baik menu sahur dan buakanya adalah….<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apa? Ayo tebak…! Kurma. Ya, kurma merupakan menu ‘wajib’ nabi saat sahur dan buka puasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kenapa Kurma Sebagi Menu Sahur?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mungkin kamu akan bertanya-tanya, kenapa Kurma selalu identik dengan pola asupan Nabi, baik saat puasa maupun tidak. Ini karena, kurma merupakan salah satu makanan pokok orang Timur Tengah. \u201cDianjurkan menggunakan kurma di waktu sahur, karena sahur sendiri adalah keberkahan. Dan dikhususkan kurma, sehingga menjadi keberkahan bertumpuk keberkahan. Apabila salah seorang diantara kalian berbuka, hendaknya berbuka dengan kurma, karena kurma itu berkah. Sehingga mengawali buka dengan berkah, dan ujungnya juga berkah.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalil Kurma Sebagai Menu Sahur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sekali lagi, tulisan ini tidak bermaksud membatasi menu sahur pada kurma saja. kamuboleh saja makan ayam goreng, kuah soto, ayam rendang dan semacamnya saat sahur. Tapi tulisan ini memang membahas tentang model sahur Rasulullah, termasuk menunya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mengakhirkan Sahur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Jangan terlalu awal sahurnya. Apalagi makan sahur sbelum tidur. Tapi akhirkanlah makan sahurnya. Selain lebih membuat tubuh bugar lebih lama, mengakhirkan sahur juga agar kamu tidak tidur lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDari Anas bin Malik radhiyallahu \u2018anhu <\/em>bahwasanya Nabi shallallahu \u2018alaihi wa sallam<\/em> dan Zaid bin Tsabit radhiyallahu \u2018anhu<\/em> pernah makan sahur. Ketika keduanya selesai dari makan sahur, Nabi shallallahu \u2018alaihi wa sallam<\/em> berdiri untuk shalat, lalu beliau mengerjakan shalat. Kami bertanya pada Anas tentang berapa lama antara selesainya makan sahur mereka berdua dan waktu melaksanakan shalat Shubuh. Anas menjawab, \u2018Yaitu sekitar seseorang membaca 50 ayat (Al-Qur\u2019an).\u2019 (HR. Bukhari)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tidak Berlebihan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Sahur itu, ya makan danminum. walaupun esok siang tidak bisa makan, mbok ya jangan ngegas makan sahurnya. jangan berlebihan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Setelah Sahur, Jangan Tidur<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Nah, ini yang amat berat. Karen atidak terbiasa bangun dan makan waktu dini hari, bawaannya ngantuk aja setalh sahur. Tapi ayo ditahan. Mohon bersabar. Ini ujian.<\/em><\/strong> Bersabar menahan keingina dan rasa kantuk. Entar bisa nggak shalat shubuh kalau narik selimut lagi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nabi Muhammad SAW tidak pernah tidur setelah sahur melainkan melakukan banyak aktifitas seperti sholat, berdzikir, dan ibadah lain hingga matahari terbit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
