Pecihitam.org<\/a> –<\/em> <\/strong>Madu dikenal sebagai salah satu zat herbal dengan banyak khasiat. Madu memiliki berbagai manfaat baik untuk kesehatan maupun kecantikan. Selain itu, madu juga bisa menjadi pilihan untuk menjaga daya tahan dan mengandung banyak nutrisi. Tulisan ini akan mencoba membahas tips hidup sehat ala Rasulullah Saw. dengan mengonsumsi madu setiap hari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam Al-Quran yakni surat An-Nahl ayat 68-69 Allah Swt. berfirman yang artinya<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDan Tuhanmu mengilhamkan kepada lebah, buatlah sarang-sarang di gunung-gunung, di pohon-pohon kayu, dan tempat-tempat yang dibuat manusia. Kemudian makanlah dari segala (macam) buah-buahan lalu tempuhlah jalan Tuhanmu yang telah dimudahkan (bagimu). Dari lebah itu keluar minuman (madu) yang bermacam-macam warnanya, di dalamnya terdapat obat yang menyembuhkan bagi manusia. Sungguh, pada yang demikian itu benar-benar terdapat tanda (kebesaran Allah Swt.) bagi orang yang berpikir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam Hadist riwayat Imam Bukhari<\/strong><\/a> yang lain, madu juga dinyatakan sebagai \u201cPenyembuhan bisa melalui tiga macam yaitu bekam, minum madu, atau membakar dengan api. Dan aku melarang umatku membakar dengan api.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Riwayat lain mengatakan Rasulullah Saw. bersabda \u201cBarang siapa yang meminum madu tiga tegukan setiap bulannya, dia tidak akan terkena bala yang besar.\u201d (HR. Ibnu Majah).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam kitab Ath-Thibb<\/em> minal Kitab was Sunnah<\/em>, Muwafiquddin Al Bahgdadi menyatakan bahwa Rasulullah Saw. biasa meminum madu yang telah dicampur air di pagi hari ketika perut masih dalam keadaan kosong. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madu aman dan baik dikonsumsi sesaat sebelum makan sahur sebab mengonsumsi madu di pagi hari mampu mencegah seseorang dari penyakit maag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Madu juga mempunyai sifat anti bakteri sehingga bisa membuat tubuh terhindar dari kuman dan penyakit. Selain itu, madu pun mengandung kalori gula, bisa menyerap lemak dengan baik apalagi bila dikonsumsi dengan air hangat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selain meningkatkan stamina, madu juga bisa mencegah diabetes<\/a><\/strong>, mencegah kanker, menyehatkan jantung, memperkuat sistem kekebalan tubuh, menyembuhkan luka, menurunkan kolesterol dan berat badan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lebih dari itu, madu juga mengandung anti oksidan dari senyawa chrysin, pinobaksin, vitamin C, katalase, serta pinocembrin. Cairan yang dihasilkan dari lebah ini juga mempunyai campuran senyawa fruktosa, glukosa, kandungan karbohidrat seperti sukrosa, maltrosa, dan karbohidrat kompleks lainnya yang mempunyai segudang manfaat bagi tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saat menjalankan ibadah puasa, madu sangat dianjurkan untuk dikonsumsi saat sahur sebab asupan karbohidrat yang terkandung di dalamnya bisa meningkatkan kebutuhan energi. Madu pun bisa menahan rasa lapar. Tak heran, banyaknya manfaat madu dalam kehidupan baik untuk kesehatan dan kecantikan menjadi resep sehat ala Rasulullah Saw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mari minum madu untuk menjaga stamina dengan meniru salah satu kebiasaan Rasulullah Saw. Jika ada zat herbal yang bermanfaat, mengapa mesti mencari zat kimia yang belum tentu baik bagi tubuh? Terlebih lagi, saat menjalankan ibadah puasa di mana kita mesti menahan lapar dan haus. Insya Allah, madu bisa menjadi solusi kesehatan di kala puasa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tak hanya saat puasa. Madu sangat bisa dikonsumsi setiap hari, terutama pada pagi hari sebelum memulai rutinitas untuk menjaga kebugaran dan kesehatan. Mengonsumi madu baik bagi tubuh. Madu berasal dari alam yang diciptakan oleh Allah Swt. dan berguna bagi kehidupan manusia. Maka, nikmat mana lagi yang kau dustakan?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
