Terjemahan: <\/strong>Telah menceritakan kepada kami [Adam] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Syu’bah] berkata, telah menceritakan kepada kami [Al Hakam] dari [Ibrahim] dari [Al Aswad] berkata, “Aku pernah bertanya kepada [‘Aisyah] tentang apa yang dikerjakan Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wasallam ketika berada di rumah. Maka ‘Aisyah pun menjawab, “Beliau selalu membantu keluarganya, jika datang waktu shalat maka beliau keluar untuk melaksanakannya.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Keterangan Hadis: <\/strong>(Bab barangsiapa yang sedang mengerjakan kebutuhan keluarganya) Sepertinya Imam Bukhari ingin mengisyaratkan dengan judul bab ini, bahwa tidak semua hukum persoalan yang menyibukkan pikiran disamakan dengan makan. Sebab jika demikian, maka dalam sebagian besar kondisi tidak ada lagi waktu untuk shalat. Di samping itu, hidangan yang telah dihidangkan di hadapan orang yang akan makan sangat menarik selera. Semakin lama dicicipi, maka keinginan pun semakin bertambah. Berbeda halnya dengan masalah yang lain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sementara suatu nash apabila mengandung sifat yang mungkin untuk dijadikan pedoman, maka nash tersebut tidak boleh diabaikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u0641\u0650\u064a \u0645\u064e\u0647\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0629\u0650 \u0623\u064e\u0647\u0652\u0644\u0647<\/strong> (mengerjakan pekerjaan keluarganya<\/em>) Kata “mihnah <\/em>(pekerjaan)” telah ditafsirkan dengan “khidmat (membantu)”. Penafsiran ini sendiri berasal dari Adam bin Abi Iyas (guru Imam Bukhari). Hal itu karena Imam Bukhari telah meriwayatkan hadits ini dalam pembahasan tentang Al Adah (tata kerama) dari Hafsh bin Umar, serta dalam pembahasan tentang Nafaqah (nafkah) dari Muhammad bin Ar’arah. Diriwayatkan pula oleh Imam Ahmad dari Yahya Al Qaththan dan Ghundar, diriwayatkan oleh Al Isma’ili melalui jalur Ibnu Al Mahdi, dan juga diriwayatkan oleh Abu Daud Ath-Thayalisi. Semuanya menerima dari Syu’bah, namun tanpa penafsiran tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dalam kitab Ash-Shihah disebutkan bahwa makna “mihnah” adalab “khidmat (membantu)”, dan ini sesuai dengan apa yang dikatakannya. Akan tetapi penulis kitab Al Ahkam memberi tafsiran yang lebih spesifik, dimana ia berkata, “Mihnah adalah profesi dalam pelayanan dan pekerjaan.” Kemudian disebutkan dalam riwayat Al Mustamli, \u0641\u0650\u064a \u0645\u064e\u0647\u0652\u0646\u064e\u0629 \u0628\u064e\u064a\u0652\u062a \u0623\u064e\u0647\u0652\u0644\u0647<\/strong> (Mengerjakan pekerjaan rumah keluarganya<\/em>). Riwayat ini memiliki alasan untuk diterima, meski menyalahi lafazh riwayat yang umum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan kata \u0627\u0647\u0644<\/strong> (keluarga<\/em>), bisa saja adalah dirinya sendiri atau lebih luas daripada itu. Lalu dalam judul bab disebutkan, “Apabila qamat untuk shalat telah dilakukan”, dimana lafazh ini lebih khusus lagi. Seakan beliau mengambilnya dari hadits dalam bab “Orang yang Menunggu Qamat”, dimana di dalamnya disebutkan, \u062d\u064e\u062a\u064e\u0651\u0649 \u064a\u064e\u0623\u0652\u062a\u0650\u064a\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0624\u064e\u0630\u0650\u0651\u0646\u064f \u0644\u0650\u0644\u0652\u0625\u0650\u0642\u064e\u0627\u0645\u064e\u0629\u0650<\/strong> (Hingga datang kepadanya muadzdzin untuk qamat<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hadits dalam bab ini juga menerangkan bahwa menggulung baju saat shalat hukumnya tidak makruh, dan sesungguhnya larangan untuk menyingkirkan rambut dan pakaian hanya berindikasi tanzih <\/em>(yakni lebih utama bila tidak dilakukan) karena pada hadits tersebut tidak disebutkan bahwa beliau SAW mengubah penampilannya saat sedang mengerjakan pekerjaan di rumah. Demikian yang disebutkan oleh Ibnu Baththal serta orang-orang yang sepaham dengannya. Akan tetapi pernyataan ini perlu diteliti, sebab hal ini membutuhkan kepastian bahwa beliau SAW memiliki dua bentuk penampilan. Kemudian dengan tidak disebutkannya perubahan penampilan, tidak berarti hal tersebut tidak terjadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Faidah lain hadits ini adalah anjuran untuk bersikap tawadhu, meninggalkan sikap angkuh, serta anjuran membantu pekerjaan istrinya bagi para suami.
