Hal itu berdasarkan hasil keputusan Mahkamah Agung (MA) yang menolak permohonan kasasi Mellya.<\/p>\n\n\n\nSebelumnya, Mellya tidak terima dan mengajukan keberatan kepada ke Pengadilan Agama (PA) Bangkinang ata gugatan cerai dari UAS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Namun, usahanya itu menemui jalan buntu usai PA Bangkinang sah menceraikan keduanya pada pengujung 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ia pun mengambil langkah terakhir yakni mengajukan permohonan kasasi kepada MA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Namun, langkah Mellya tersebut juga kandas di MA lantaran permohonannya itu ditolak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Tolak perbaikan. Untuk perceraiannya tetap tidak berubah,” kata juru bicara MA, hakim agung Andi Samsan Nganro, Kamis 3 September 2020 seperti dikutip dari Detik.com.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dalam sidang keputusan MA terkait permohonan kasasi perceraian UAS dan Mellya bertindak sebagai ketua majelis yakni Amran Suaidi dan anggota majelis Mukti Arto dan Abdul Manaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Adapun perkara itu telah disahkan dengan nomor Perkara 537 K\/AG\/2020 dan diketok pada 28 Agustus lalu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
“Tolak kasasi istri Ustaz Somad dengan perbaikan mengenai akibat perceraian, yaitu menambah tunjangan mut’ah-nya,” ujar Andi Samsan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sementara terkait besaran uang mut’ah, Andi Samsan mengatakan masih akan akan mengeceknya lebih dulu di kantor MA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Diketahui, UAS menikahi Mellya pada 2016, silam. Sejak menikah, mereka dikaruniai seorang anak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
